THESE ARE "auxiliary information signs"
from the two subway lines in Chicago.
These signs date back to 1943-State St. and1951-
Dearborn St. subways.
All are done in Futura font.
The white on charcoal signs were
used in both subways.
The white on blue signs were only used at Clinton
and Congress Sts. of the Dearborn line.
